El Pacto Verde Europeo es una hoja de ruta para dotar a la UE de una economía sostenible.
Describe las inversiones necesarias y los instrumentos de financiación disponibles, y explica cómo asegurar una transición justa e inclusiva.
La UE será climáticamente neutra en 2050. Con este fin, la Comisión propondrá una «Ley Europea del Clima» para convertir este compromiso político en una obligación legal y un incentivo para la inversión.
